• You’ll provide day-to-day leadership for delivery of complex software development projects
• You’ll bring deep agile expertise to bear on crafting and driving both product delivery and development
• You’ll coach the team and broader organization on how to use scrum & agile practices methodologies
• You’ll oversee scrum process, coach the team; facilitate open and adaptive team culture
• You’ll support product owner on release planning
• You’ll create, manage and present Scrum artifacts and metrics
• You’ll identify areas of improvement for the team and its members and then drive them through an implementation plan for improving in those areas Job Requirements
• You are an experienced Scrum Master with prior experience as a developer/QA and/or in a scrum master role
• You hold a bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline
• You have experience in using an Agile tool like JIRA
• You have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
