TimeXperts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for candidates for the position of Data Analyst. At TimeXperts you’ll be a part of a growing team that uses the latest technologies, tools, and configuration processes. The ideal candidate will have an aptitude towards data analysis and configuring enterprise software to ensure the highest quality.
Job Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, manipulate, and update data as per customer requirements in live enterprise application
• Investigate and respond to customer-reported issues
• Identifying gaps and missing data in customer provided data-sets
• Communicate with project lead to get issues rectified quickly
Job Requirements
• Four-year Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience on Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Experience in data analysis and configuration management is preferred
• Must be able to interpret, understand and write SQL queries to store, sort & retrieve data
• Experience in customer support tool particularly Salesforce is preferred
• Experience working on SharePoint & SaaS Model is preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to investigate, analyze and explore data using modern text editors for large data
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work well in a team
• Must be detail oriented with strong multitasking skills
• Experience working for large retail outlets business for sales & footfalls is preferred
