Job Requirements
•Four-year Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or equivalent
•Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience on Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel
•Experience in data analysis and configuration management is preferred
•Must be able to interpret, understand and write SQL queries to store, sort & retrieve data
•Experience in customer support tool particularly Salesforce is preferred
•Experience working on SharePoint & SaaS Model is preferred
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Must be able to investigate, analyze and explore data using modern text editors for large data
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•Ability to work well in a team
•Must be detail oriented with strong multitasking skills
•Experience working for large retail outlets business for sales & footfalls is preferred
